DELIVERY
Kaysprints offers free UK delivery on any orders over £40!! Just use code FREESHIP40 when you checkout.
Your order will be sent out within 5 working days either via royal mail or EVRI, as long as you have provided an email when checking out you will receive email confirmation once dispatched. Royal mail does not come tracked, but EVRI does.
At busier times of the year e.g. christmas there may be delays on dispatch times, please be patient we will get your order out to you as soon as we can :)
One dispatched please allow 2-4 working days for delivery before chasing it up with me.
As of the 9th December kaysprints is no longer able to deliver to the EU or NI due to the new GPSR, we do hope this can change at some point but as we are a small business this is not currently feasible.
RETURNS
As all orders are made to order we do not accept returns unless there is a mistake or fault with the product. Please contact within 5 days of receiving the product with evidence to be considered for a refund. You will need to cover the return costs unless agreed otherwise.
